Hi, I’m Janette.

For more than 29 years, I have worked as a preschool teacher and director, supporting children and families as they build skills, routines, confidence, and independence.

As a mother of four, I also understand how busy and unpredictable family life can be. Raising children with ADHD taught me that organization cannot be approached with a single set of rules. What works for one person may frustrate or overwhelm another.

Over the years, I learned to look beyond whether a space appeared tidy and focus instead on whether it supported the person using it. I discovered practical strategies that helped my family reduce frustration, strengthen routines, and move through daily life with more ease.

Those experiences inspired me to create Order and Ease NE.

Today, I bring patience, creativity, compassion, and real-life perspective to every project. I listen first, learn how the household functions, and develop organizing solutions that honor each client’s needs and strengths.

Our mission is to help individuals and families create calm, functional, and beautiful spaces that support the way they live.

Through thoughtful organizing, practical design, and personalized solutions, we reduce overwhelm, simplify daily routines, and create homes that inspire greater comfort, confidence, and peace of mind.

We are especially committed to supporting people with ADHD and other attentional challenges. We recognize that not all attentional differences look the same, so our systems are designed around each person’s habits, routines, strengths, and needs.
